Writing standards is what I do every day and do well.
Engineering standards are probably utility's most critical assets, setting requirements for all repetitive tasks. Developing standards that really work is tough, tedious and takes time, but opens the gateway to reliable asset data with endless AI opportunities.
Most engineering documents are not understood or followed, which I think is a tragedy. Documents are often written by engineers who aren't expert writers or expert writers that aren't engineers.
I am both an excellent Writer and Engineer, bridging this critical gap. I'll run the marathon for your organisation and successfully deliver your critical standards so you can get on with your day job.

- Mar 20 - Completed New Plymouth HV cable testing and documentation
- Nov 20 - Completed HV Cable testing 220kV cable circuit at Pakuranga
- Mar 21 - Completed HV Cable testing at Highbrooke of 110kV cables
- June 21 - Completed HV Cable testing at Highbrooke of 110kV cables
- Nov 21 - Completed HV Cable testing 220kV cable circuit at Pakuranga.
- July 22 - Completed HV Cable Jointing Engineering. This included quality control, auditing and project documentation
- Aug 22 - Completed Transpower's partial discharge testing standards
- Currently delivering x9 PD tests on two 220kV circuits. Leading edge testing
